Polish Cuisine
I often ask myself what is it in Polish Cuisine that is so enchanting and appealing. The simplicity, honesty, lot’s of love, joy, sadness, rejection, feast or struggle, family or single life, romance and rejection. The list can go on and on. Polish Cuisine is the Polish identity, heritage formed for hundreds of years. The history of Poland is reflected on Polish tables and customs. Polish food has its own life and its own specific flavour depending on the season and ingredients that are available only at certain time of the year. Most of all Polish food prepared by talented hands can be a dainty feast. I would like to invite you for the tasty journey through my Polish kitchen.
